Think of it this way: a weekend before all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, your closest friends and a city like this. Hard to say no, right? We also want to show you the best sunsets in Seville so that you don’t miss a second of the magic of this area of Spain.
1. La Giralda
We couldn’t start the post with any other recommendation, just because La Giralda is Seville’s image for excellence.
For this icon of the city, we have thought of two possibilities, the first is to admire the view from the tower, although being up there means obviating it from the panorama, but it also offers views in return that are spectacular… The other is to stand on a good terrace to see it dyed with the colors of the golden sunset.
2. Las setas of Seville
The “Mirador Metropol Parasol” is known as “las setas” (which means mushrooms) for its unique appearance. It has become a mandatory stop for every Seville’s visitor, but we recomend doing it a little before sunset, so you can get to choose a good spot to watch the views.
Although there won’t be a problem with the sits, as it’s 250 meters long, and 28.5 meters high, which provides a 360º views of the city. In addition, the access includes a drink in the bar upstairs.
3. Puente de Triana
This bridge is commonly known as “el puente de Triana”, although its real name is Isabel II bridge. It is another of the city’s great recognized icons.
Although what we are here to recommend isn’t seeing the sunset from the bridge, but from one of the banks of the Guadalquivir. This way you can admire this time of the afternoon over the structure of the bridge.
4. Los Seises hotel
Of all the hotels we have checked out in Seville, the one that has the best terrace is the Los Seises hotel, it is called “Pura Vida” (Pure Life) and on weekends there is live flamenco… Which cannot be better accompanied than a few beers or a few drinks at sunset.
The terrace overlooks the entire city, although by the time Seville is dyed with these golden colours, we recommend that your attention focuses on la Giralda (as we show you in the photo).
5. Pelli tower
The Pelli tower is the “great skyscraper” of Seville. It hosts a hotel of the Eurostars chain on its upper floors. These are the most complete views of the city and from where the sunset is simply magical.
We usually associate sunsets are better when they face the sea, but after seeing any of the sunsets in Seville, we’re sure (cause it’s already happened to us) you’re going to change that opinion 😉
