Oskar Schindler was a German businessman who chose Jewish employees to work in his factory. When he discovered about the horror of the Holocaust, he managed to protect them, ruining himself in the process.
The Schindler Museum-Factory houses the permanent exhibition about the Nazi brutality and his efforts to facilitate their escape from detention. The exhibition shows photos, sounds and recordings that will make us travel back in time to one of the darkest periods in history.
During this visit we will tour the different halls, offices and workshop now changed into the tunnel of the senses. On every factory office we will be watching little pieces of the occupation history. Discovering the effects of the Nazi invasion of Poland and the hard living conditions Jewish people suffered during that time.
